We are really proud to have been recently awarded the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award from the FairTrades Association, the UKs’ largest multi trade association.
With over 2100 customer references online, FairTrades has described Finesse Windows customer satisfaction scores as ‘truly exceptional’, with its average scores for Quality, Timeliness, Courtesy, Value for money and Overall Customer Satisfaction all rated over 9.5 out of 10. The award was presented at the Finesse showroom to Finesse Windows Managing Director, Russell Bridge by FairTrades Head of Marketing, Mark Schlotel.
Mr Schlotel commented “The team at Finesse have surpassed what is expected as standard, making a refreshing change in modern times.”
In a really momental year, family owned, Finesse Windows are celebrating their 35th Anniversary, and have recently also achieved Which? Trusted Trader accreditation. Mr Bridge commented, “Our core values, of Quality, Comfort, Security and Style are applied to every project we undertake, and are inherent in how we work with all our customers.” He added, “Designed, manufactured and fitted with care; is not just our strapline, it is our promise, and has been for the last 35 years!”
