Aethestics

Older guttering systems can be prone to rotten woodwork and discolouring, and even those that are in decent condition can have a negative impact on the perception of an overall property. This could be down to the colours, positioning or a number of different factors. When you work with Finesse to improve those looks, you can rely on expert advice and a range of different options that can see a tired perception of the upper part of a home transforming into a genuine feature. With a choice of colours across fascias, soffits and guttering, and a choice of shapes on the guttering and fascias, we can design a home facelift that adds character and complements all of your other design choices.

Ventilation

Our systems are designed not only to carry away excess water, but also to improve the air flow in your roof space. Our soffits are vented, which allows air to circulate throughout the soffit and into the roof. This, in turn, reduces condensation and goes a long way towards completely preventing rot and damp.

Felt Treatment

When undertaking roofing projects, we always take into account the current standard of the property. As part of this, we will often recommend trimming back the existing roof felt and replacing it with our ‘Jumbo Tec’ uPVC layer. This adds an extra layer of protection in the fight against damp and rot by effectively preventing water from being soaked up from gutters and into the roof.

Excellent Quality and Fantastic Service

We had 6 new windows plus french doors installed to our community centre. Being in a conservation area we were worried about what we would be allowed. Finesse Windows took all that worry away by designing some fantastic windows that were in keeping with the 1920s building and suitable for the area. High standard throughout..

I needed 3 new rear windows and 2 doors on the rear elevation of the property and was recommended to Finesse by a friend who had recently had all of her windows replaced. The job was completed yesterday and I am very satisfied with the standard of workmanship achieved by the 2 tradesmen. They were both friendly and professional, and completed the work with a minimum of fuss. They left the place in a clean and tidy condition. We had 12 windows fitted, 2 Large 5 sided bays, an oversize patio window and 9 other windows. We were very pleased with the quality and finish of the windows. The fitters, Jez and Will, were with us for 5 days. They were friendly, efficient and checked at all times that we were happy with what they were doing. We assumed we would have to decorate all of the rooms straight after but in fact we wont have to rush to do any remedial work inside. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.
