FENSA

FENSA is the governing body responsible to ensure that companies operating under its scheme fit windows and doors that comply with current building regulations. Every Finesse window or door is designed and installed following FENSA guidelines. FENSA audit us on a monthly basis via spot checks on our work. Our FENSA registration number is: 10561. BFRC?

Our windows are assessed and accredited by the BFRC (British Fenestration Ratings Council). The BFRC are responsible to assess the insualting properties of a window and to officially rate them accordingly. We are proud to hold two licenses directly with the BFRC which are entirely unique to Finesse Windows Ltd. Visit us on the BFRC site here.

SSIP APPROVED

Smas Worksafe accreditation has been achieved by Finesse Windows following an assessment of the company's Health & Safety documentation, and compared against the SSIP Core Criteria.

Fairtrades

Fairtrades Homepro are our ‘Insurance Backed Guarantee’ providers. Fairtrades Homepro provide an independent check on every installation we undertake via feedback from our customers. TGAS

Finesse Windows Ltd is a member of the The Glazing Arbitration Scheme (TGAS) which is an independent ADR (alternative dispute resolution) scheme. TGAS is the primary ADR scheme for the Glass & Glazing industry.

CE MARK

CE Marking – windows & doors. Since 2013 it has been a statutory requirement for windows and doors to bear the CE mark. All Finesse Windows Ltd windows and doors bear the CE mark and a full version of the CE mark information can be found here and also in the receipt paperwork that accompanies each receipt upon payment.
