  •  - Enquiry Received

    Customer contacts us via email, message or telephone; our design team will always try to schedule an appointment so to meet with your convenience.

  •  - Appointment Confirmation

    Finesse Windows will confirm the appointment by email or by post to you, giving you details of which of our design team will be attending and what you should expect from them during the visit.

  •  - Design Expert Visit

    Our skilled experts will come along discuss your requirement, show you the options available and demonstrate what makes our products better that the rest, alongside explaining our Insurance backed guarantee.

  •  - Collaborative Design Process

    Our design expert will work with you to ensure we are providing you with the right solution to your requirements using their years of experience.

  •  - Quotation Submitted

    Finesse Windows will provide you with a full quotation and any additional content you have requested by email or post – there is no pressure selling/signing techniques used and favoured by our competition. Our design experts take photos of your property and using our design software will digitally impose the new product onto your property.

  •  - Showroom / Factory Invite

    Finesse Windows will invite you to our showroom, and factory. We have a large showroom which covers most of our product ranges. Alternately you can see where the products are produced, and often refine your requirement.

  •  - Contract is Signed

    We review the contract with you and only when you are happy do we proceed. Customer pays the deposit which is then covered by a 14 day cooling off period, whereby you can cancel the order with no financial repercussions. Finesse Windows issue an Insurance backed guarantee to protect the whole project and your deposit.

  •  - 14 Day Review Period

    Finesse Windows use this time to check and resolve any planning approvals / conservation issues. During this time we arrange for our surveyor to come out to inspect your property, and take a full technical survey.

  •  - Commence Manufacture

    Finesse Windows then start the manufacturing process, ensuring at every stage we are working to exact quality standards . During this manufacturing process, we will contact you to confirm and arrange the Installation Date.

  •  - Quality Control Check

    Before each and every Window, Door and Conservatory leaves the factory our Factory Supervisor personally checks every single aspect of the project to ensure it is perfect.

  •  - Commence Installation

    We contact you by post to offer you a firm installation date which you can confirm or re-arrange. On the day of installation our fitting team will work with you to ensure minimum disruption and mess to your family and your home. They bring their own doormats and vacuum.

  •  - Installation Complete

    Upon completion the Installation Team will do a final review with you by taking you around and showing you all aspects of the installation to ensure the expected quality levels of finish of the product have been met.

  •  - Customer Care Visit

    Finesse Windows will arrange for our Customer Care Supervisor to visit, and carry out any minor snagging issues which you may have noticed. They will provide you with a little gift from Finesse Windows by way of a thank you for choosing us.

  •  - Balance of Invoice is Due

    Upon payment of the balance, Finesse Windows will register the installation with FENSA and will assist the client in activating the pre-registered insurance backed guarantee.

  •  - 10 Year After-Care Service Starts

    Finesse Windows honour the 10 year After-Care service promise should you ever need to contact us. However because of the quality of our product and the ethos of ‘Design, manufactured and fitted with care’ the majority of our customers need never to do so.
