Liv-in Room Orangeries really do redefine the concept of a home extension and if you had been considering a conservatory but are particularly keen on the enhanced living space, then they may well be the right way to go. A Liv-in Room orangery is a seamless link between your property and your garden. The roof design ensures that your extension will be flooded with light and makes your new space a light, bright, airy addition to your home. A Liv-in Room typically features more brickwork than a traditional conservatory and as such it feels much more like a brick extension but with the major benefit of being far more attractive. Loggia Orangery

A Loggia Orangery features super insulated column technology that sits aside the window frames and is five times more thermally efficient than an equivalently sized brick structure. These conservatories are built using a combination of classic PVC and quantal aluminium and finished with performance glass that effectively manages heat and solar light. The plastered finish to the interior ensures that this particular structure feels just like a real room, with the added benefit of the increased light conferred by the glass panels in the walls and ceiling. The Loggia can also be designed and built using any traditional roof style, together with P and T shaped layouts.

Excellent Quality and Fantastic Service

We had 6 new windows plus french doors installed to our community centre. Being in a conservation area we were worried about what we would be allowed. Finesse Windows took all that worry away by designing some fantastic windows that were in keeping with the 1920s building and suitable for the area. I needed 3 new rear windows and 2 doors on the rear elevation of the property and was recommended to Finesse by a friend who had recently had all of her windows replaced. The job was completed yesterday and I am very satisfied with the standard of workmanship achieved by the 2 tradesmen. They were both friendly and professional, and completed the work with a minimum of fuss. They left the place in a clean and tidy condition. We had 12 windows fitted, 2 Large 5 sided bays, an oversize patio window and 9 other windows. We were very pleased with the quality and finish of the windows. The fitters, Jez and Will, were with us for 5 days. They were friendly, efficient and checked at all times that we were happy with what they were doing. We assumed we would have to decorate all of the rooms straight after but in fact we wont have to rush to do any remedial work inside. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.
