Which? has been testing products and services for over 65 years and are the largest consumer body in the UK. Which? exist to provide unbiased, straight forward advice to consumers to help inform them as to the best products and services to choose. In 2016, Finesse Windows became an accredited member of the Which? Trusted Traders scheme and since then have been awarded the Which? Trusted Trader of the Month award on a record six occasions - most recently in August 2024. After being shortlisted finalist in 2018, In October 2021, alongside iconic brands such as Toyota, Tesco Mobile and The National Trust we were awarded the 2021 Which? Trusted Trader of the Year award being described by the awards committee as "the BEST OF THE BEST,… Finesse Windows have over 300 independently checked and verified review on the Which? Trusted Trader website with an overall satisfaction rating of 4.9 out of 5.

"QUALITY THROUGHOUT - We had brilliant service from the beginning when we had 7 new windows fitted, one of which was a large bay. We also opted to have the roof line replaced which Steve carried out carefully and to time. Communication throughout, led mostly by Lindsey was excellent as was the work from Mo the planner, Ian the surveyor and Chris and Chad the fitters. The team work well together and are obviously very proud of what they do. The windows are of a high quality and look fabulous; Chris and Chad deserve a medal for their craftsmanship on the bay window which wasn't quite as straight forward as first thought. The attention to detail from all members of staff involved in the project was outstanding and can be seen in the impressive results, giving real value for money. I've never written such a glowing review of a company before and it is a pleasure to do so.”

Well firstly we know that our products and services are better than the rest because we have designed them to be the best on the market, but most importantly our customers tell us so on a regular basis.However sometimes it’s difficult to demonstrate this to potential clients that have not used our services before. Therefore, we always seek to align ourselves with organisations that share our philosophy of putting the customer first. Being accredited with Which? Trusted Trader status is a great honour for our business and we take great pride in constantly seeking to improve our processes with the customer’s needs in mind. This philosophy is a great fit with the Which? philosophy and therefore we were delighted to gain accreditation with this outstanding, customer focused organisation.

A rigorous assessment process

At Finesse we did not have to change any of our processes to become accredited with Which? The inspectors loved the way we work and understand our unique philosophy regarding the way we aim to treat our customers. They could instantly see that we were the perfect type of company to represent their brand. The accreditation process itself focuses heavily on the contractual aspects of the goods and services we deliver. We do however believe that excellence in customer experience is an ever evolving programme, therefore we continually monitor and look to improve every aspect of our business, something which we do in conjunction with our Which? Trusted Traders account manager.
