INSTALLATION MANAGER

After nearly five successful years with Finesse Windows, our current Installations Manager has decided to move on to pastures new. Which means I’m now looking for an experienced Installations Manager to take ownership of our installation operation at our Kings Norton base in Birmingham. We are a family-owned business with a proud 45-year reputation which we protect fiercely via the quality of our work. We manufacture most of our products in our own factory and have been a Which? Trusted Trader for more than 10 years—winning seven national Which? awards along the way.

The role

This is a key, hands-on management role—working alongside me and involving:

• > Planning and managing the installation diary
• > Leading and supporting our 7× installation teams
• > Ensuring every job is properly prepared
• > Keeping customers informed throughout their installation
• > Resolving challenges calmly and professionally
• > Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and customer care
• > Working closely with our surveyors, production, sales and customer-care teams

We’re looking for someone who is

• ✅ Comfortable taking responsibility

Experience within the window, door and conservatory industry is essential.

DESIGNER

Due to continued high demand for our products and services we are searching for a special person to join our team. Applicants must be extremely customer focused, with a friendly disposition to help us deliver our unique brand of customer care. You will be driven to make sure we offer the correct solutions to meet our customer's needs. You will be experienced in the UPVC Windows & Doors Industry, though a sales background is not a necessity.
