Further to the Prime Ministers announcement at 8pm last night (4th January 2021) we wanted to try to give complete clarity to both new and potential customers about how this impacts on Finesse Windows.

We have sought advice and guidance from a number of bodies and also have referenced the Governments own guidance document.

The only part of our business that is not permitted to open is our physical showroom, however we have closed this to the public in line with the last announcement on the 30th December 2020. We are still able to continue to sell, manufacture and install all our award winning Windows, Doors and Conservatories (as referenced on Page 12 of the Government’s guidance document) as long as we do continue to do so in a Covid-safe way.

At the end of the first lockdown we produced a series of Covid Secure Safety Policies which cover all aspects of our design, manufacture, installation & service process. These guides are continually being reviewed and updated taking into account the government guidelines and advice from our own Health & Safety advisers.
