As part of Finesse Windows commitment to sustainability but also as part of our commitment to the local community, a number of our Directors and Staff took some time out of their work schedule to collect litter from a small part of our local canal tow path and surrounding area. Our small team collected approximately 10kg of rubbish (or the equivalent of two large refuse sacks in little over an hour).

We firmly believe that as a local business, employing local staff, and with a customer base very locally focused we have to have a commitment to be a positive contributor to our local environment. We simply know it is the right thing to do in helping to make a positive impact to our local community. 

Finesse Windows Director, Melanie Bridge commented “Its a beautiful example of our staff coming together to hopefully facilitate a little positive change, and it was so nice to see some of the Canal users saying thank you as they walked, cycled and sailed past”. Melanie added, "Over the coming months we will look to repeat this and hopefully inspire other local companies to become involved."
