Finesse Windows have been awarded the Which? Trusted Trader of the Month award for May. This is the fifth time we have won this award and we also won the Which? Trusted Trader of the Year in 2021. Which? recognises our “outstanding improvements in it’s customer service teams and ongoing work within the local community”.
 

Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme run by Which?, the UK’s consumer champion, that recognises reputable traders. Not every company can be endorsed by Which?, there is a strict assessment process, and ongoing monitoring and reviewing of processes and customer feedback. We first won the award in 2017, and repeated this in 2019, 2020 and 2021 and with this award we have become the first of over 9000 companies to have been awarded Trusted Trader of the Month on 5 occasions.

The awarding committee recognised the efforts we have made to improve further our customer experience with the appointment of three new customers relationship coordinators, each responsible for supporting customers at different points of their three stage installation process, and the addition of a dedicated “finishing team’ made up of two experienced engineers who help customers post installation with any issues or questions.
