On Wednesday 24^th May, we held a celebration event for our staff to celebrate our Which? Trusted trader of the Year shortlisting and also to recognize the hard work and dedication they put in every single day on every single project.

Although we not successful at the Awards, to even be shortlisted is a huge achievement, and puts us in the top 0.05% of the companies who are committed to the scheme.

The staff, and a few customers who popped into our showroom in the afternoon, were treated to drinks and ‘Fish & Chips’, alongside some amazing cup cakes.

“We wanted to thank our team; the shortlisting was a recognition of all their work,” commented Managing Director Russell Bridge. He added, “Things we take as standard were identified by the judges at Which? as examples of outstanding customer service practices.”

For a bit of fun on the day, we challenged our staff (and a couple of customers who popped in) to replicate the Which? Trusted traders logo using only the Silicone used daily by our team to varying levels of success. The challenge was judged by Which? Trusted traders Premier Account Manager Catie Doherty who decided that Installation Director Andy Fitzgeralds to be the winner!
