Last week one of our apprentices, Sam Bromley, was recognised by the FIT Show (the Fenestration Industries main trade show) and Windows Active Magazine as one of the rising stars of the industry as part of their “30UNDER30” campaign.
The “30UNDER30” campaign was designed to recognise and reward the next generation of the industries leaders, the people who are pushing boundaries in what they do and who are going that extra mile every day to make a difference. The awardees included individuals right across a wide selection of roles within the industries, from product design, marketing, technology entrepreneurs through to installers and fabricators.
Sam started with Finesse as part of our new Apprenticeship scheme in early 2021 which was created to produce skilled fitters and manufacturers of Windows, Doors and Conservatories having been taught in the Finesse way of working - something which has been the backbone of the company since our launch in 1981.
Local lad Sam has shone from Day 1 with his willingness and ability to learn quickly no matter how hard or complicated the challenge, and he fully embraces the Finesse ethos of WE CARE.
Sam commented "I have been at Finesse Windows for over a year and the team and management have helped me progress a lot in that time, although I am still learning every day. I am exceptionally proud to have been nominated for this award and glad that my hard work has been recognised throughout the company."
Sam was presented with his award by Finesse Windows Installations Manager Lee Shellam, who said. “Sam has become an integral part of our team. Sam goes the extra mile to make sure jobs are consistently completed to a very high standard. He is eager to learn new skills and develop his understanding of the industry.”
