These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

RULES

• The promotion will run from 01st July 2022 to Midnight on 31st August 2022
• Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of Finesse Windows Limited, or their associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
• Only one entry per person per prize promotion unless otherwise agreed with Finesse Windows Limited. All additional entries will be disqualified.
• Maximum Deposit Price is £2,000 and is applicable to our standard deposit on WIndow and Doors projects only 
• Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold..
• All Winning Prizes must be redemmed by 30th October 2022.
• Additonal instant prizes may be awarded at the discretion of FInesse Windows Limited
• Only official promotion keys can be used
• Winners Commitments: The winners agree to the use of photos on social media and on the Finesse Windows website - no names need to be mentioned if the Winner prefers.

• Finesse Windows reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
