Survey and Installation process:

Your Veranda installation will be fulfilled by our award winning team with care and attention in a way that only we can. Throughout the process you will be provided with a dedicated point of contact who will be just a phone call away should you require assistance at any point:

Stage 1: Once the order is placed and payment has been received you will automatically receive a copy of your invoice and our conditions of sale.

Stage 2: We will then send a ‘welcome pack’ to the installation address provided which will provide you with a unique order number for your reference.

Stage 3: Once the statutory cooling off period has ended we will contact you to conduct a technical survey to ensure the products selected are suitable for your installation. This will normally be done in person but may be conducted via photographs and phone calls if the installation is straightforward.

Stage 4: We will order all your component parts and ensure we have all materials required to carry out your installation.

Stage 5: We will call you to discuss an installation date that suits your requirements.

Stage 6: Our installation team will arrive to take care of your installation.

Stage 7: Our award winning service team will ensure your installation is to your satisfaction for the entire 5 year guarantee period.

Lead Times:

Lead times do fluctuate throughout the year and can be affected by the complexity of each project - however, in general we aim to install within 8 weeks from the point of technical survey. Our dedicated customer coordination team will be delighted to assist you at any stage after placement of order if you wish to discuss survey or installation dates.
