We asked Finesse Windows Managing Director, Russell Bridge his thoughts on what it meant to him and the team at Finesse having been awarded the Which? Trusted Trader of the Month Award for the second time.

Congratulations on a second Which? Trusted trader of the Month award – how do you feel?

Amazing! We consider this to be a real privilege. There’s over 8,000 traders in the UK who are eligible for consideration for this award so we are honoured to have been chosen as the winner……again!

Having been a part of the Which? Trusted Traders scheme for a number of years, do Finesse customers appreciate what the Which Trusted trader badge means?

We believe that our clients pay close attention to our association with Which? As everybody knows, there’s hundreds of trade associations, endorsement schemes, and other groups around nowadays – the vast majority of which do not amount to much more than another logo to add to your web-site. The Which? Trusted Trader scheme is distinctly different in that it’s far more exclusive and carries real weight.

Apart from the rigorous assessment process you went through initially, how are Finesse ensuring they meeting their customer needs.

We pay great attention to our customer’s feedback – not just via Which? but also via our own internal feedback mechanisms. Our business has been built on happy customer experiences over almost 4 decades. We’ve achieved this by being extremely close to our customer’s needs every day, every piece of feedback is monitored and absorbed into our business procedures as we continually improve ourselves.

 What next for finesse? 

The next 6 months are extremely exciting or us. We are about to launch a new product line and we are currently bolstering our factory capacity again to make sure we are capable of handling the annual Christmas rush! We are also shortly going to be launching our latest ‘Worthy Cause Campaign’ whereby we will be donating £10,000 to a local school.

Beyond that we are hoping to go for the ultimate accolade and win the Which? Trusted Trader of the year award for 2020. We are extremely ambitious and excited to see how we can further improve and grow our business over the next 6-9 months – winning the Which? annual award really would be the cherry on the icing on the cake.
