Single glazed timber windows, offering little heat retention and very little security. Our customer wanted to increase the energy efficiency of their Edgbaston home and make sure they were protected from burglary.

After

This lovely house in Edgbaston now boasts a beautiful sliding sash window, suited perfectly to the property. It is well ventilated and designed to retain heat through use of argon filled, Planitherm coated, double glazed units. The bow window has been transformed with white uPVC dummy sashes, 8 point locking system and steel reinforcements for security. Astragal bar runs through both windows to complete the design.
