Before

A timber bay window that was beyond repair. However, our customer in Smethwick wanted to retain the period features of the frame and keep the beautiful stained glass design in the top lights. The room was very cold due to the rotten frames and the room was not being used because of this.

After

A sympathetic replacement bay, the bespoke frames have been made to replicate the design of the original which successfully retains the Victorian arch and side frames. Through a personal design meeting with our customer, the glass design and colours were carefully selected to mirror the originals. The room is now warm and secure and can be used as a cosy lounge. The stunning bay embodies the Victorian style but has all the benefits of a modern energy efficient window.
