We have had 2 new kitchen windows and a new door replaced by Finesse Windows. From start to finish the service was excellent. The designer Mo on his visit was never pushy and so polite. We were well informed and the whole team worked hard and did a great job, very neat and tidy and professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again on our next project.

We recently had 10 windows and a French window for Finesse, and are very pleased with the service and quality of the windows. Throughout the process from ordering to installation we were kept informed, and our requests were accommodated. Chris and Chad worked very hard, especially as our old windows weren’t easy to remove. One of the reasons we chose Finesse was the upgraded Shield glass, and this has made the noise from outside much quieter.

This was a return visit from Finesse Windows. This time it was five windows and a patio door. As previously it was a smooth operation from ordering to finishing carried out by excellent staff from office ( Jennie, Lindsey ), designer ( Bob) to installers ( Steve and Nick) and after sale ( Macie). I cannot praise enough the professionalism of the employees nor the quality of the products. I would recommend and have recommended this company.
