Andy Fitzgerald, Installations Director for Finesse, replied “in April 2006 our business is 25 years old, when we started the company we made one simple decision, to give our customers the best products and service we could. We have, and because of this have built a very successful business and gained a first class reputation”. Andy added “we would like to thank our suppliers for these awards, but more so we would like to thank our customers for their comments and support, everyone in the company is delighted”.

“Business has been very good in 2005” said David Bown, Sales and Marketing Director for Finesse, “the increase in conservatory orders has been particularly pleasing and with 42 percent of total sales coming as a result of existing customers having more work done or recommending Finesse to friends and relations we know we are building on our reputation for excellent work”.

Andy Fitzgerald added “our installation teams are very experienced, they do a great job and really do care about our customers’ homes. It’s very easy to say you’ the best, so it’s great when you receive recognition like these awards to prove what a good job you are doing”.
