Very professional from the moment we were given a tour of the showroom to the fitting of the front and back doors.Everything was explained very clearly,We were quoted a fair price for a exceptional product so expected to pay more than other company’s but so glad we did.Worth every penny.Everything they said they would do was done when they said,We were kept informed throughout. We were given a date for fitting and told what to expect. The fitters were very professional and respected our home and the whole fitting was exceptional and we would like to thank all at Finesse Windows for there service throughout.I would say to anyone you get what you pay for and what we got was one of the most professional company’s ever so I wouldn’t hesitate in using them for future projects.

What an experience. We ordered 11 windows from Finesse including a bay roof and some plastering. After getting quotes from several companies we choose Finesse because we thought they're a local company with a good product. They're quote was around £3k more than Amber. They started the installation mid August and estimated it'd take 3 days. The job was finished on October 30th (2.5 months). It took longer than expected for several reasons. The first was the bay roof had to be redone. The lead work was horrendous and the roof had no pitch so became a huge puddle (photos attached). Initially, they said this was normal and some pooling was expected. Shockingly we overheard the installers saying "I've never done one of these before", "Well it only has to last 6 months and we're ok". To be fair, after some complaining, Finesse completely redid the roof and admitted it was wrong. The first installers also refused to fit the lintel above the kitchen window and I quote "that's a builders job not our job". To make it easier, Finesse then offered £150 discount to change the angle iron to a flat steel which we agreed. Then when installing the flat steel lintel, the lintel was tied into the brickwork and was cut to the size of the window frame (see photo). Whilst strengthening the frame, it didn't take the weight of the bricks above. They knocked off another £50 but still insist "the lintel is fitted properly and this is how we always fit lintels". Two of the windows were too big in the frame and either are ridiculously grindy to open or just didn't open at all (unfortunately can't upload videos to this review). Again, Finesse fixed this. What took the longest amount of time was the quality of the glass. We had the front bedroom replaced 3 times. The first because it had a really glaring obviously roller pattern (see photo). The second because there were scratches on the inside of the glass. The third because there were chips on the inside of the glass (see photo). Finesse eventually brought out the window company who explained there's nothing they can do about the roller pattern. Overall, each of our interactions with Finesse were friendly and productive but we constantly felt like it was our responsibility to check they were doing their work properly. We had to remind them several times to completely finish each window including adding window caps, silicone sealant and providing keys. What I think has happened is that Finesse (who don't employ their fitters they subcontract work out), have become so popular they're subcontracting people who generally couldn't care less. Whilst still not perfect, we've accepted our windows because we don't want to drag it on any longer. [Future addition]: As highlighted and mentioned in Finesse's reply, this was NOT the final state the work was left in BUT it fully well might've been had I not been the type to complain or minded climbing up a ladder to inspect.

We have had excellent service from start to finish with Finesse Windows. Mo was the salesman who came out to look and advise on new windows for our house. He was punctual and polite and talked us through all available options. He supplied us with full quotations and detailed drawings. We opted to have the roofline replaced which Steve did carefully, causing as little disruption as possible. Once our order was placed Lindsey, the Client Co-ordinator took over, being fastidious in keeping us up to date with fitting arrangements via, email, text and phone. When Chris, Chad and Maisie arrived to begin the work we were quickly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They were pleasant, courteous hardworking and cleaned up brilliantly at the end of each day. Throughout the time they were here the manager and surveyor both dropped by to check all was going well. The windows are stylish, of high quality and have a secure locking system, we are very happy with them. This is by far and away the best company we have ever dealt with, they exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely outstanding work and products supplied by finesse. We had new windows for the whole house, patio doors and new porch. The fitters Cameron and Dillon were lovely friendly lads & exceptional and extremely professional in the quality of the work they completed. Finesse have been amazing from the start to finish of the work been completed. They kept us informed at all stages of the process and resolved minor issues without any fuss straight away. Would 100% recommend them for any work that anyone is looking to have done. Without hesitation we will be using them again for a conservatory we plan to have fitted soon. Thank you finesse you have been fabulous

We are so pleased with our new front doors and would highly recommend Finesse. We have had a lot of compliments already regarding the doors and they look fantastic as well as keeping the heat in, which is especially important with rising heating bills. We visited the show room and Tony was very professional and friendly, showing us the various designs available and giving us ideas for doors to suit our 1950s home. Seeing the show room definitely helps in making a decion on colour and styles available. We were also very satisfied with the price, the houses in our area all have 2 front doors and that meant we needed 2 at once, so they would match. Finesse happily visited our home to double-check the measurements and all quotes and illustrations of door choices were always double-checked too, so we got exactly what we wanted, as they are made to order. There was a delay in the construction as they are all made to order, but we were always fully informed on where we were in the timeframe, we set installation dates to suit. The fitting team were very friendly and professional and cleaned up well after the fitting, making sure we were happy with everything, we had a few small snags with a small area of seal missing on the door and Finesse were very happy to make this right and spent time and effort to get the doors just as we wanted. Lindsey in the office has also been very good in communicating with us as customers. We really couldn't be happier and it helps to support local Birmingham businesses and we wish everyone at Finesse the very best. Thank you!
