In an independent survey conducted by the Guarantee Guild the level of service confirmed by Finesse customers reached an average of 99.376%, this was one of the contributory factors that lead to their 2004 customer service award.

Finesse Guarantees supported by Fair Trades

All Finesse installations are given a 10-year comprehensive guarantee, to support this all guarantees are given a premium insurance guarantee policy to back the company guarantee through the Fair Trades HomePro plan.

You can find details of this insurance guarantee in the Office of Fair Trading publication OFT118b on page15. FENSA registered companies must offer an insurance backed guarantee, we have chosen the one that is referenced by the Office of Fair Trading.
