A Finesse built Conservatory is built to last. Every element is designed to give you a long-lasting, stable structure that will stand the test of time.
From bottom to top, each part of the building has its role to play in adding to the strength of the overall structure.

Roof
All our roofs are individually tested so that we can prove they are structurally sound for installation in your post code area. Each and every roof is submitted for testing so that all wind and snow loading requirements are considered and the correct roof is specified to give our customers total peace of mind. Due to variances in weather patterns conservatories in Birmingham require different roof specifications to those in other parts of the country. <embed Ultraframe roof structure video>
UPVC frames
It is vital that the UPVC frames and corner posts are fully reinforced with steel. The framework of the conservatory is responsible in holding up the weight of the roof so it is absolutely crucial that every inch of the framework is reinforced so it can play its part to transfer the load of the roof safely down to the base work below.
Walls and Base work
The base is arguably the most important part of the building. If the base is not built correctly the rest of the conservatory will inevitably suffer. Therefore we build all our bases to at least the standard shown in our specification sheet below. Consequently, our bases are rock solid and provide the perfect foundation from which we can then form the rest of the building.
