Finesse provide a service to help you plan and design your conservatory, ensuring you are aware of all the latest regulations and specifications determined by the government code of practice and building regulations.

Your design specification will include:

Foundations to building standards, which will be a minimum of ½ meter deep
Windows and Doors Fully reinforced 5 chamber uPVC white or woodgrain
Glazed with 28 mm sealed units incorporating Warm Edge Technology for maximum energy efficiency
Ultraframe roofing system with built in ventilation
Electrical point
Lighting
Heating
Air conditioning
Flooring

Finesse will help you design your conservatory, which will be a real extension to your home that you can use twelve months a year. We will provide you with drawings and a fully detailed specification of everything that has been incorporated into the design. We will also deal with all local authority planning applications.
